Protecting your information

Internetmatter.com and other websites are hosted on a “secure server”. Such “secure server” sites are designated by “https://” before the domain name you are visiting. Many websites main pages are not “secure servers” and this is typical so if some of the pages are not showing HTTPS://. These pages are not transmitting any personal sensitive information. They may be transmitting cookies that contain non-personal information.

When you place orders through PayPal or other credit card companies, they implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

You will then notice the “https://” appear in front of the domain you are visiting.
